Qualify.net is our payment gateway, as we are a company that runs several credit card transactions daily. The fees are minimal, the customer service has ever been not bad (even if, at times, the reasons I had to call we're not so great), and the website is nearly the simplest 1 I've ever used, considering all of the information it processes. Nosotros don't utilise any POS devices, simply the website, but that'south still More than enough for us.
I wish it was easier to edit ARB subscriptions; for example, if I want to simply alter the date that a customer'south car-charge runs, I have to actually delete the whole thing, and create a new i to reflect the date change. That's pretty annoying, but for a website that hasn't really changed much in the 12 years since I start began using it, I can but wait so much at this point.

Overall, positive feel. Had one day where the servers went down and were unable to take payment for a couple hours. Other than that, zero outages or complaints.
We've had very little problems with fraudulent payment attempts. Security settings are quite customizable and ease of setup is good.
The interface is a fiddling outdated. Other processors like Square and Stripe feel more sleek and modernistic, more navigable.
Ease of setup with our software and employees familiarity of Authorize.

Fine. It gets the job done. I havent worked with any other credit card processors, so I dont take much to compare with.
Information technology gets the job done. Processes credit card transactions effectively, securely, and has decent reporting tools.
Nosotros've had some problems with settings in the past that were not clear to us. Earlier this year nosotros realized tons of valid donations had been declined because a fraud detection setting was limiting hte number of transactions allowed per mean solar day. We didnt even know well-nigh it until we got complaints and dug in to see what was going on. Would have been nice if someone noticed that hundreds of transactions were being declined and contacted united states to let united states know. Nosotros also have an issue where a setting to sent receipts automatically is flipped off because we send customized branded receipts, simply they are nevertheless sent. I contacted customer service and they basically only said, well the setting is off and then it should be fine. But I still get the automatic receipts for every transaction.

Authorize.net is e'er at that place in the background of every credit card transaction whether online or in person, just yous never notice information technology considering information technology integrates so seamlessly with all my other programs
Authorize.net is very piece of cake to navigate every bit an admin, you can set up parameters and alter company info on your own without support, but if you practise need support, the support team is easy to contact and very helpful. Also the reporting is easy and comprehensive.
The set with my bank was a bit cumbersome, perhaps considering we have a Hawaii bank? The time departure between where authorize.net is located and Hawaii caused a couple of reconciliation bug until I realized that some of yesterdays transactions are on todays reports, once I figured that out the reporting was a cakewalk.
The ticketing organization nosotros were using at the time required united states to switch to Authorize.cyberspace due to their high level of PCI compliance

Overall, Authorize.internet has some benefits like customer trust and fraud prevention and if you are expert at code, it might be slap-up for you. Otherwise it seems a little outdated and complicated to set upwardly and use beyond their automated features.
I do like that Authorize.net is pretty widespread in its use, and that I feel I can implement it in a variety of mediums including SuiteDash CRM and Payments, my website, etc. It is rather versatile in that sense and allows for customization or more simplicity if needed.
If you are doing anything across setting upwards Authorize.net with them directly and having them manage your processor, information technology is really hard to effigy out what to do and what you need. Client service is great, but I adopt to simply get things done on my own without multiple phone calls to prepare things up. Payments come slowly and it only overall feels really outdated for me.
I actually utilise both now, and generally prefer Venmo, but it depends on the circumstance and platform I am using.
Square continued freezing my account for no reason and it was incredibly frustrating.

We have used AuthorizeNet for over twenty years for our business. The product is solid and stable.
The easy to navigate menus are very intuitive and simple. Yous can easily find what you need quickly plus it has a QuickBooks download feature.
In the transaction statistics study there are no hyperlinks to aggrandize the written report data. This is a small thing, you just demand to become to the Reports, but it's a feature another processors have.

Although I liked the flexibility of a divide CC processor and gateway with Authorize.Net, I ultimately switched to a dissimilar provider that could provide full service payment processing and gateway services all together. I may be paying slightly higher processing fees, information technology is simply easier to have it all together in 1 place.
At one fourth dimension Qualify.Internet was simply one of a handful of payment gateways for pocket-sized business. They do that well and accept a feature-rich customer portal. They are also widely supported by the various eCommerce platforms.
Be aware that Authorize.Net is not a CC card processor merely a payment gateway that can exist paired with a CC processor. In that location are a many 1-stop alternatives available today. You lot might be able to get a better discount rate with a CC processor/Authorize.Net combo, but it is certainly more than hassle.
I ultimately switched to Braintree for CC processing, PayPal processing, and payment gateway all in one place.

Overall, I retrieve there is a reason well-nigh every organization I've worked with uses this payment gateway. It works well and is adequately intuitive.
I've used Authorize.net as a payment gateway at multiple organizations. Information technology is fairly easy to utilise and intuitive when it comes to basic functions like payment processing, refunds, looking up transactions. They have a alive chat customer support feature which is really handy.
The security features can exist very confusing and the resources they accept for explaining them are adequate but could be a piddling more than articulate. Sometimes the instructions on their FAQs dont seem to match what I actually encounter on my screen, so I've had to attain out to customer support for pretty basic stuff. Luckily their customer service is pretty practiced.

Authorize allows our office to be efficent in collecting payments for our campaigns and rail donors. It as well is a quick way to look up by payments in the transaction search-- a feature we use weekly!
Our role tin do everything with Authorize.cyberspace...track payments, set up recuuring billing, recharge community members. Our favorite feature is how we get an electronic mail everytime someone uses the credit carte du jour grade on our website and then we practise not have to go into Authroize.net to pull up information.
Our office would do good from the last iv digits of the credit card in the e-mail that is sent to u.s.a. after someone makes a payment.

We apply Authorize.net as payment processor in 3 unlike applications that nosotros utilize to accept credit card payments. Their API is compatible with the different software and is reliable without downtime.
Qualify.cyberspace is compatible with all of the different cashiering software that we employ. It is reliable and I don't know of any outages or problems processing cards or transactions. It is easy to create an account and get started.
Information technology can be hard to understand how to setup and use their API if y'all are doing your own programing and their admin website is not that easy to use when changing settings on your account. They are often irresolute their API for increased security but that comes with the inconvenience of reprogramming your API interface.

Overall very pleasant. Easy for clients to use and for us as the squad to apply.
Like shooting fish in a barrel for clients to use and for us as the team to apply.
Have to have a second place to login vs it being integrated into our system. Merely preference though.

This product appears easy to utilize, having used a like production. Both products seem to part the same.
The initial set up was a niggling confusing, asking for a credit card which I never gave because the charges for this were to exist charged through the bank.
I didn't brand the switch - the Bank did.

The fact that it is compatible with WordPress makes my life a lot easier. The per transaction fees are very competitive likewise.
Monthly fees are always a con. It would be great to have fees strictly calculated based upon volume of sales.

Authorize.net has been super elementary and straight forrad to use. I've been able to abolish a accuse that was fabricated in error before it fifty-fifty hit a card. I get full details of who is purchasing and how much. I tin look up transactions easily. It'due south been a groovy second backup system for u.s.a. as far as credit carte du jour records. Information technology's been very like shooting fish in a barrel to implement on our website and nosotros've been very happy.
I have loved using Authorize.net. Often I have to go dorsum thru our credit card records to bank check how much was charged or how much was refunded. Information technology'southward bang-up to be able to look upwardly via credit bill of fare number or names. Customer service has always been excellent whenever I've needed to contact them. I also similar that I'm able to run reports of all of our transactions when I'm trying to compartmentalized different amounts and categories. It works well with our registration system.
I wish that we were able to consequence refunds after the 3 month period. I know nosotros can lose some of our security measures to allow our arrangement to automatically refund simply we don't want to practise that. Instead we take the cc number and manually enter information technology into a different refund system for those return that are past 3 months. I think the security event is a mandated issue and at that place is non much Authorize can do. I exercise wish the downloads went to a simpler to read excel format simply I tend to take the CSV file and do what I need to practice to make it work.

Authorize.internet is really a payment gateway for your site or business concern. We have utilized the mobile application for ane off transactions and accept been pleased with how it works. Information technology is non fabricated to be your whole inventory tracker in the least bit, just it does its job for the occasional transaction. We have been using the gateway on our sites for years. Nosotros have used Magento, and WooCommerce and now Shopify for our site. We did take some issues with WooCommerce and finding plugins for the payment gateway that worked for all we needed it to. That being said, for the majority of the time it has worked. Thank you
Information technology actually has never failed us when utilizing the application to run transactions on the go. It has worked for us for years.
Integrations with WooCommerce has proven difficult at times. We take utilized the official plugin for some time, but that has recently started to have problems for us. We ended upwards switching to a new backend for our site. We'll probably nonetheless be utilizing Authorize.cyberspace though.

Customer service and adaptability of the system with our CRM has been very positive for us. When we adopted our new CRM arrangement along with the the hosted website managed by the same CRM system, we were not sure how everything would integrate, simply our donation links and sponsorship links that have contributors directly to Authorize for processing have never let us down.
Authorize integrated flawlessly with our CRM system. It was 1 of several options for donor management and processing that was compatable with our CRM. Nosotros researched each available organization and Qualify was both suggested by a fellow non profit also as seemed to meet our requirements.
Transaction charges seem to be the biggest issue that nosotros have. In that location are industry averages for processing various cards, and Authorize is on par with other systems. Information technology is unfortunate that Qualify does not offer a non-profit processing rate or mayhap a apartment rate that is well beneath what would be offered to a for profit arrangement.

It allows for our business to run far more smoothly in contrast with our clunky patron CRM software. Information technology'southward a solid product to utilise and while information technology has information technology's flaws, is cipher short of consistent. Less frills and smooth than Square merely in many ways far more direct and clear.
- Very like shooting fish in a barrel to use towards transactions, refunds and troubleshooting whatsoever and all patron bug inside our site. -Allows to run reports for settled transaction, dispute declined transactions and see where fraudulent purchased might occur. - Has access to extended actions that allow us to void transactions, go into our accounts linked to the terminal and locate specific details nosotros cannot always locate otherwise.
-Can be a bit slow with processing requests or locating specific transactions. -Is temperamental with the variables (i.e. first, last name, zip lawmaking, etc.) when running reports. Take to exist conscientious when entering data, must exist verbal or deportment may not always be carried out conspicuously. -Running reports will not bear witness transactions inside the last business day, setlled or unsettled. -Processing refunds has a 90 twenty-four hours limit.

The greatest affair well-nigh Qualify.net is that their merchant portal is so easy to navigate. If we need to void, result refunds, or manually qualify a carte-- it's so easy to practice and find on the left-hand side of the website. If at that place is something we're non able to quickly practice, their FAQ/help page/customer support is not bad. Receipts/confirmations are automatically sent to the internal contacts that we've chosen--there's fifty-fifty an choice to send the receipts direct to the customer. This program is incorporated into our other main software (ShopVox) and works seamlessly.
There isn't anything that I dislike near this software.

Information technology was very unproblematic to set and implement on our clients' sites. We also chose this equally our payment portal considering it is very safe for the customers' information.
The only thing I did non similar is when they updated their platform we had to make changes to the code ourselves which caused some hiccups on our end, other than that no problems.

As I mentioned to a higher place, it integrates well with our website and is like shooting fish in a barrel to practice transactions on the app. Information technology's nice not to take to worry nigh merging systems.
I like that Qualify.net is like shooting fish in a barrel to integrate into our website and other things that we utilize to accept money. It makes it seamless when needing to do event registration. They besides have a great app you lot can download and use for transactions which I actually similar and has been a elementary style for usa to accept money at events. Definitely recommend.
I haven't found anything with the software I don't like. It seems to be good for our needs and we don't program to switch anytime.

This software makes it and then easy to process payments. Information technology was very like shooting fish in a barrel for u.s.a. to build the bridge betwixt our main software and authorize.net to process all payments through them. The website requires no training and doesn't take a million options of choices to pick from like some exercise- everything is very self explanatory! Their customer service is slap-up and gets back to yous quickly.
I don't have many complaints about Authorize.net except the reports. They are very confusing and it is difficult to know which report y'all are supposed to be using and when. They don't provide a swell description of each report.

Authorize.net helps us take and track payments. We have been using it for 8+ years with my company and haven't had many bug. We use it with several dissimilar POS systems and the support provided whenever there are bug is great. They take one of the most effective chat for help options I have e'er used.
Authorize.net makes it super piece of cake to take payments through our ticketing system. If we weren't able to link these programs getting payments would accept a lot more try, but this provides ease for the front end and back stop.
The software uses another 3rd party processor that adds additional fees, only overall doesn't harm the effectiveness of the program.

I'one thousand not saying that Qualify.net does not work for everybody. But the digital marketer is in detail I would steer articulate because it has the same bug that PayPal exhibits were sometimes a hold your funds for no reason and you take to fight to become them. Youre flagged as high risk I was a client with Authorize.net for nearly three months and I was canonical for ACH bank transfers by their credit team. I put 2 of them through and all all of a sudden my bank transfer business relationship was shut down and they didn't tell me why other than my account was deemed high-chance past their bank and no affair what I did it would never be reopened ever. To my knowledge the only thing that makes it loftier-risk is that I charged near $5k in 2 days - Which I told the underwriter team was my norm before I signed up. They knew how much money I would be processing each calendar month. They also told me that my business model wasn't elibigile for banking concern transfers. My clients couldn't even ask for a refund. All they could exercise was dispute the charges that were on agree and if they did that it would injure my account and my credit. To this day they still have about $4400 of my money that I will not go until the end of January if my account is in good standing. Well I close down the account and moved over to QuickBooks and so hopefully I get paid. Once more I'thousand doing recurring banking concern transfers with my client and so this might not be the case for everybody and this might be groovy for credit card transactions.
It was very easy to fix recurring payments and sync with my webmaster.
- The UI is extremely outdated and looks similar it's from the early on 2000s. - Your invoices are non customizable and they look tacky - Navigating around the menu is not user-friendly as finding where you're trying to go and can exist difficult - Customer support is not the greatest and sometimes I tin can't help you with your problems or get dorsum to you lot in a timely matter

We use qualify.net for subscriptions, not our regular eccommerce transaction. It's worth the cost if you have enough transaction volume.
Deposits are quick enough and unremarkably but take a couple of days. Works well if you need to have electronic checks.
Client service is basically nonexistent. Y'all're better off searching online forums for troubleshooting problems. Account specific resolutions accept a ton of time.
